Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any liability on costs incurred in case of a change of mind or dissatisfaction on the client’s end.


We do not do refunds for any product that has left our business premises. Products once sold are not returnable.


There is no guarantee of an exchange in the case of a client having a change of their mind immediately after the transaction has been made and the delivery process has been initiated. Goods once sold are not returnable.

Shipping/delivery returns

We do not do refunds for the delivery costs incurred in availing the package to the client address or to a destination address chosen by the client :

  • if the client decides to change their mind and cancel the order.
  • if client reconsiders the choice they made and opts to make changes.

All expenses for the delivery are borne by the client.
